Reservations
I have made a Non Refundable reservation, can I pay for this when I arrive to the hotel?
The Non Refundable reservation value will be charged directly to the credit card you provide in the reservation, as it is a pre-paid booking.
May I stay with 5 people in one room?
Due to fire regulations, no more than 4 people are allowed in one room.
Can I make a reservation for a group?
If you would like to make a reservation for 5 rooms/10 guests or more, this is a group reservation. For group requests you can best send an email to res@bestwesternamsterdam.nl. Group reservations through our website will be accepted for the Prepay & Save rate only.
I would like a smoking room.
The whole hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on one of the terraces outside of the hotel only.
Does the hotel have a baby bed and how much does it cost?
Yes, we can place a babycot in the room, it's free of charge. Please contact the reservations department, if you would like to have a cot in your room.
Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
No, we are a pet free hotel.
Is there free Wi-Fi in the hotel?
Wi-Fi is in the entire hotel including the rooms and it's for free!
When is check in and check out?
- Check in time is from 15:00.
- Check out time is till 11:00

How far is the hotel from the city centre?
The hotel is about 15 minutes from the city centre by tram number 2 (stop Westlandgracht).
How do I get to the city centre?
Tram 2 goes directly to the city center. The closest stop to Best Western Amsterdam is Westlandgracht, which is a 5-minute walk.
Can I park my car at the hotel?
Yes, we have our own secured parking lot. We charge €14.50 per 24 hours.
How do I get from Schiphol Airport to the hotel?
You can reach us by train, shuttlebus or taxi.
How do I get from Amsterdam Central station to the hotel with public transporation?
You can reach us by tram number 2 (stop Westlandgracht).
