We offer two separate rates plans:

City Tax

The City of Amsterdam asks for a contribution of visitors staying in Amsterdam. This is a tourist tax of 7% of the room rate plus a fixed amount of €3 per person per night.

Prepay & Save rate

Our lowest available rate: you pay directly when the reservation is made. It's not possible to cancel or change free of charge. You can pay by credit card.

In case of no-show or cancellation we will charge the full amount of the reservation.

Comfort rate

With the comfort rate you can cancel or change the reservation up to 24 hours before the date of arrival.

You guarantee your reservation by creditcard, and we authorize the rate of the first night. Your card will not be charged. You can pay your stay at check-in by creditcard or cash.

In case of no-show or late cancellation we will charge for the first night only.

Group reservations

If you would like to make a reservation for 5 rooms/10 guests or more, this is a group reservation. For group requests you can best send an email to res@westsideinn.nl. Group reservations through our website will be accepted for the Prepay & Save rate only.
